Elwood Family and Children's Centre (HUB)
The new Elwood Family and Children's Centre is located on the grounds of the Elwood Primary School. The Centre offers 60 long-day care places plus 30 sessional kindergarten places with the option of an additional 15 occasional care places to operate from a multi-purpose room as well as maternal and child health and other specialist services.

Elwood Community Beach House
This centre is located near the beach at the rear of the popular Beach House Café, adjoining a outdoor playground. The centre is available for hire 7 days per week catering for a range of occasions. The centre is accessible. Kitchen facilities are only a few of the many features you will find.

Support Groups

Playgroup Victoria
Playgroup Victoria is a not for profit peak body that helps families join, start and run playgroups. Over 39,000 families with 55,000 children go to more than 3500 playgroup sessions each week in Victoria. Playgroups are for babies, toddlers and preschoolers and their parents or caregivers. They are low cost, run by the families attending and usually meet locally for two hours a week.

PANDA (Post and Antenatal Depression Association)
PANDA is a Victorian, not-for-profit, self-help organization that was formed in 1985 to provide confidential information, support and referral to anyone affected by post and antenatal mood disorders, including partners and extended family members. PANDA also produces and distributes accurate information about post and antenatal mood disorders to health professionals and the wider community.
