ECP Membership Print E-mail

Unfortunately due to space restrictions ECP currently only offers membership to families residing in Elwood.

The City of Port Philip (CoPP) generously provides and maintains our property which enables the Committee to keep membership fees to a minimum.

ECP membership has an annual fee of $52.00 per family. This includes a family membership to Playgroup Victoria (including insurance) and a fundraising levy. This levy covers amenities, toys and subsidises annual events - ECP does not undertake any additional fundraising to cover its costs. Discounted fees are available for families experiencing financial hardship, and can be negotiated directly with the This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. All members must remain fully paid to make certain they are covered by insurance. Unpaid members are not allowed to attend ECP. New groups and new individual members have two (2) weeks from the first session they attend to pay their fees. For existing members, a date for collection of annual fees is set towards the end of the year.

Once allocated to a playgroup you will need to provide the nominated group representative with your annual fee payment and family details including:

  • Name of carer and child/children
  • Child/Children's birthdates
  • Residential address
  • Phone/mobile
  • Email address

All members are responsible for ensuring they read and understand ECPs policies, found on this website. Membership also requires participation in regular working bees and other events, regular cleaning after each playgroup session and various other requirements as outlined in the member brochure.
